B. Device and Usage Data

We automatically collect:

  • Device ID, model, and operating system (Android/iOS).
  • App usage patterns and crash logs (via Google Analytics/Firebase).
  • Network information (IP address).

C. Permissions

  • Camera & Microphone: Required only during Live Video Consultations with Astrologers. We do not record these calls without explicit consent.
  • Storage: To save your Kundli PDFs or generated reports to your device.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Astrological Analysis: Your birth details are processed by our specialized AI and algorithms solely to generate your Horoscope, Kundli, and Compatibility reports.
  • AI Pandit: To provide personalized answers to your spiritual queries via our AI Chatbot.
  • Transactions: To process payments for products or consultations via secure gateways (Razorpay).
  • Communication: To send booking confirmations, daily horoscope updates, and service notifications.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We never sell your personal birth data to third parties. We strictly share data only with trusted service providers required to operate the app:

  • Firebase (Google): For secure authentication and database hosting.
  • Razorpay: For processing secure payments. (We do not store your card details).
  • Agora/Twilio: For facilitating live video/voice calls.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) to protect your data during transmission and storage. Your personal birth details are stored in secure, access-controlled databases.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Delete your account: You can request account deletion directly within the App settings or by contacting us. Upon deletion, all your personal data is permanently removed from our servers.

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
